All user-associated data is stored as encrypted metadata on IPFS. Access to this data is governed through a multi-signature mechanism involving both KGeN and the user, ensuring that users retain control over how their data is shared.

When a verified human chooses to share data with AI labs, brands, developers, or ecosystem partners, the requesting party submits a request for specific data. Upon the user's consent, the user's key decrypts the requested data, the requester's security key is incorporated, and the data is re-encrypted so that only the user and the authorised requester can access it. Once consent is provided, a smart contract automatically executes the payment and distributes it between the user and KGeN according to the platform's revenue-sharing model.

Similarly, when an AI lab, brand, developer, or ecosystem partner requests additional data, the system decrypts the relevant information, re-encrypts it using the requester's security credentials following payment authorisation, and securely grants access to the approved dataset. The associated smart contract then automatically distributes the payment between the user and KGeN, ensuring transparent, permissioned, and verifiable value exchange.
