Rewards

The reward component of the KGeN Stack is intricately designed to offer a multifaceted approach to incentivizing gamers, encompassing various forms of tokenization across distinct categories. These rewards are distributed through a sophisticated system of tokens, each serving a specific purpose and governed by a set of conditions to ensure a seamless and transparent transfer of value within the KGeN ecosystem.

  1. KCash: KGeN’s internal digital currency serves as the backbone of its reward structure, segmented into three distinct categories:

    • Bought Balance: This is a reserved portion of KCash, obtained exclusively through direct purchase. This balance is integral to users who wish to convert USDT into KCash for participation in KGeN-specific activities and transactions.

    • Earned Balance: This category constitutes the rewards earned by gamers directly through their interaction with the KGeN platform. These are accrued based on in-game actions, task completions, and other engagement in economy protocols or tournaments, serving as tangible recognition of user activity within the platform.

    • Bonus Balance: This component is allocated for specific rewards that can be used exclusively within the KGeN ecosystem. These bonuses provide users with additional opportunities to engage in game-related activities, including special promotions or events, creating a dynamic and incentivised environment within the platform.

  2. USDT: Gamers are further rewarded with Tether (USDT) based on the successful validation of tasks and activities completed within the KGeN platform, as outlined in the engagement module. These USDT rewards represent pure, hard-earned income, allowing users to off-ramp their earnings seamlessly from the KGeN wallet to their bank account in mere seconds. This facilitates frictionless value extraction, offering a real-world utility for users' in-game efforts.

  3. r-KGeN: r-KGeN represents a pre-TGE token asset within the KGeN ecosystem, distributed primarily through airdrops to select stakeholders, including Oracle node holders, long-term platform users, and game publishers who have invested marketing resources in KGeN. This token is integral to the platform’s future tokenomics, convertible into KGeN tokens on a 1:1 basis (subject to customisation) post-TGE. r-KGeN serves not only as a loyalty reward but also as a strategic tool to align early participants with the broader growth trajectory of the platform.

These three distinct forms of rewards—KCash, USDT, and r-KGeN—are integral to KGeN’s vision of a decentralized, user-driven economy, providing a robust incentive structure that enhances user engagement and retention while ensuring liquidity and real-world applicability through seamless token conversions. The complexities embedded in these reward mechanisms ensure that gamers are not merely incentivised but are also integral participants in the evolving KGeN ecosystem.
