Gamer Profile Mint, Updation, Data Ownership & Rights

The Gamer identity is an SBTs which are dynamic NFTs with each NFT having its own metadata represented as P.O.G score. The gamer has ownership over their own identity which is fully interoperable with the identity Access framework - the P.O.G. Engine.

Kratos via the Gamer Engagement Platform invites gamers to “play - compete - earn - shop” on Kratos Gamer Network. (Refer to chapter Gamer Engagement Platform).

Kratos is acting as data fiduciary on behalf of the gamers and as part of fiduciary roles, Kratos breaks entire data set into 3 classifications:

  • PII data: Profile consists of user created/earned & user inferred

  • Activity Data : Data from the activities of the gamer on the platform

  • Derived Data : Data generated via analytical operations of Kratos

Kratos acting as data fiduciary is designing its data governance framework which allows the following rights to the gamers :

1. Right to Access the data by a 3rd party:

1.1 Decide which data to be shown to external 3rd party

1.2 Decide which data to make public (on chain vs off chain) .

2. Right to Monetise (Third Party):

2.1 Decide which category of advertiser to give access to their data

2.2 Decision to opt-in in a commercial activity on the platform

3 . Right to port:

3.1 Permissionless system to port the data owned by gamer as per below criteria to any other ecosystem.

4. Right to platform for data analysis (First Party):

4.1 Right to Kratos to analyse data for commercial usage.

5. Right to delete data:

5.1 Right to be able to delete the data collected and stored. (This is restricted to PI data and not for other categories of data)
